Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Grand Diyafa’s property management software, including the front desk, reservations, billing, housekeeping, and channel management features (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the hotel or organization you represent (“Customer”).

1. Using the Service

Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters into the Service, for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under its account. Access is granted per-role (e.g. Owner, Receptionist) and Customer is responsible for assigning appropriate permissions to its staff.

2. Connected channels (OTAs, Gmail)

Customer may connect third-party booking channels or a Gmail inbox so the Service can automatically detect and create reservations from incoming OTA booking notifications. Customer represents that it is authorized to connect any mailbox or account it links to the Service, and may disconnect any connected channel at any time from Settings → Channels. Grand Diyafa is not responsible for reservation data contained in, or omissions from, messages sent by third-party OTAs.

3. Guest data

Customer is the data controller for the guest data it processes through the Service and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data (including any guest-registration obligations under local hospitality law). Grand Diyafa processes that data on Customer’s behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees

Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, fees, billing frequency, and payment terms will be set out separately (e.g. in an order form or the in-product billing settings). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Customer agrees not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers’ data, or to interfere with the Service’s normal operation (e.g. through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity).

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add to, or remove features over time, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

7. Termination

Customer may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or unlawful use, generally after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where practicable.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Diyafa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
